Pag-IBIG Fund also known as the Home Development Mutual Fund (abbreviated as HDMF), is a Philippine government agency responsible for providing Filipinos with short-term loans and access to housing programs.


Pag-IBIG Fund launched its Isang Linggong Pag-IBIG hotline 724-4244, SMS, and email facilities to better serve Fund members and clients. Many Pag-IBIG members have expressed interest in contacting HDMF regarding their membership, housing loans, contributions, retirement claims, short-terms loans and other concerns.

“Our OFW members should significantly benefit from the availability of these facilities and need not wait for Philippine office hours to inquire about Pag-IBIG. Before Isang Linggong Pag-IBIG was rolled-out, our hotlines were only open on weekdays, and only from 8am to 5pm. Now, our members can inquire about our programs any day of the week, anytime of the day and night. All this is in line with Pag-IBIG’s firm commitment to provide personalized and efficient service to our members” said Pag-IBIG President and Chief Executive Officer, Atty. Darlene Marie B. Berberabe.

Pag-ibig Fund (Home Development Mutual Fund or HDMF) now has a hotline for all your concerns. Pag-IBIG has partnered with local BPO company Pilipinas Teleserv to provide on-demand and personalized phone and online assistance to Pag-IBIG members and non-members.

  1. Ilang taon na everymonth kami nag babayad sa pag_ibig bakit wlang bill dumating sa among paano malaman Yung balance namin kng Wala bill dumating....

Tanong ko Lang Po nanalo kami sa bidding, tapos nag lock down nabigyan na kami Ng NOA at nakapag comply na kami sa lahat Ng requirement at contribution, last update samin mag antay Lang Ng move in matatagalan dahil sa pandemic. Hanngang inabot Ng ilang buwan, tapos bigla nalang may nagpunta dito na naka bidding daw Ang bahay, kaya nagtaka kami bat Naman Ganon? Wala man Lang abiso Ang pag ibig sa status pano mga hirap at nagastos namin?? Ano maganda gawin?
