PhilHealth Express provides services such as PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN), ID and Member Data Record (MDR) generation, data amendment, premium collection and information kiosk for walk-in inquiries.

Can I get Philhealth Express ID at Philhealth Express?

You can apply for the PhilHealth ID at the PhilHealth Local Insurance Office (LHIO).

*PhilHealth Regular ID – a paper ID that you can use when claiming inpatient or outpatient hospital benefits.

• Members can claim this ID without charge at any PhilHealth LHIO.

*PhilHealth Insurance ID Card – a digitized ID issued to members in the Formal Economy and Informal Sector.

• Members can claim this ID for ₱90 at any PhilHealth LHIO.
• If you wish to declare a dependent for your ID card, head to any Bayad Center outlet and pay ₱358. You also need to present at least 2 valid IDs of your dependent.
