Prepaid users can do pasaload as long as they have enough balance to cover the service fee and shared load value. Postpaid users however have a cap of Php 300 and Php 500 respectively. This depends on their monthly service fee. The good part is the cap refreshes every first day of the month.

How to Pasaload using Smart/TNT SIM
There’s another convenient way to pasaload in Smart and TNT using your SIM. Just open the SIM Toolkit (you can find it among your apps or sometimes in the Settings), select Load, select PasaLoad, and then tap Mobile Number. Enter the mobile number of the recipient and enter the amount to send.
You will then receive a confirmation message and you must reply with “YES” to proceed with the transaction.
How to Ask for Load From a Friend
Do you know that you can also ask for load from another Smart or TNT subscriber? To ask or request for load from a friend, just dial *808+<11-digit Smart number>.
Your friend will then receive a message with your request for load. He or she will need to reply YES for your request to be granted. Ask-for-load requests are valid until 12 midnight.
If your ask-for-load request is granted, you will receive ₱5 and your friend will be deducted ₱6 (including the ₱1 fee) from his prepaid load balance.
Smart and TNT Pasaload Denominations and Validity
When you transfer a prepaid load to your fellow subscribers, it comes with a validity date. Make sure to use the load within that period to avoid issues or forfeit of the latter. The validity period has ranged from 3 days to up to 60 days depending on the transferred amount.
For example, the minimum denomination range is Php 2 to Php 10. It comes with a validity of 3 days. The maximum denomination is Php 200. It has a validity of 60 days. So, in general, as the amount goes higher the number of days validity also increases.

How much is Pasaload Service Fee?
Every time you perform a pasaload transaction, you will charge you Php 1 SMS service fee plus the transferred amount. If you are a postpaid user, Smart will charge the amount to your account. This is on top of your monthly bill. On the other hand, if you are a prepaid user, the Php 1 plus the shared amount is deducted from your regular load. This again depends on your telco provider.
