How to check PLDT bills online or via SMS

PLDT Home offers a variety of internet plans, including Fibr Unli, Fibr Plus, DSL, and Asenso Fiber (Home Biz Fibr). With paperless billing, subscribers can now view their bills online or via SMS. Check out our tutorials below.


How to check your PLDT bills online?

Below are three methods of enrolling your PLDT Home account in paperless billing to receive your monthly billing statement through email.


1. Via PLDT Home FB Messenger

Chat the official PLDT Home FB Messenger with the verified badge.

1. First, click on the "Get Started" button and follow the instructions to verify your account.

2. From the main menu, select "Billing Services," and choose "Enroll to e-SOA."

3. If you want to request a copy of your bill, choose "Send Copy of Bill."


2. Via PLDT myHome website

Register an account first.

1.Go to my.pldthome.com and click Create Account.

2. Enter your active email address, first name and last name, and preferred password, and click the Register button.

3. You will then receive an email from PLDT Home. Click the link provided in the email to verify your account.

4. Link your PLDT Home account/s to start managing your accounts online.


Enroll your account in paperless billing.

1. Log in to your myHome account.

2. Find your linked account and click Manage.

3. Select Enroll to Paperless Billing.

4. If you want to view your present and past billing statement for the last 12 months, click the Billing and Payment menu and navigate View Billing Statements.


3. Via SMS

Text the keyword GOGREEN <space> area code+telephone number <space> 10-digit PLDT account number <space> email address and then send it to 8171 for Smart, TNT and Sun for free or 09700000171 for other networks.

Sample SMS format: GOGREEN 0287654321 9876543210 pedrocruz@email.com


Notes:
  • You will receive your eStatement via email 3-5 days after your bill statement date.
  • If you want to change your nominated email address, you can make a request by sending an email to pldtbilling@pldt.com.ph or messaging the PLDT Cares Facebook or Twitter pages.
  • Sometimes, the emails from PLDT are being put in the Spam or Junk folder. It is recommended to add pldthome@pldt.com.ph to your address book contacts so that the emails from PLDT are not being tagged as spam.

How to view or request a copy of your PLDT bill via SMS?

You can text PLDTHOMEBILL and send it to 8171 for Smart, TNT, and Sun for free; or 0970-0000-171 for other networks. Wait for the reply from PLDT HOME detailing the next steps.

To know your outstanding balance, type BALANCE <space> area code+telephone number.

To request a copy of your PLDT bill to be sent via email, type BILL <space> area code+telephone number <space> 10-digit account number.

How to view the details of the PLDT bill (eStatement)?

To view the details of the bill you received via email, just open the PDF attachment using your 10-digit account number as the password. You can see the breakdown of your bill on page 3.

Paperless billing is the paper-free, eco-friendly way to receive and view your bill. This enables you to check your current and previous bills conveniently, up to the last 12 months, using any internet-capable device.

An eStatement is the electronic copy of your monthly billing statement (Statement of Account or SOA) directly sent to your enrolled email address. You will receive a monthly bill summary with a secure link to your eStatement in lieu of paper bills. It will be available for download in PDF (Portable Document Format), so ensure that your device has a PDF reader.

You can also view your eStatement via the myPLDT Smart app. Log in to your myPLDT Smart app and select "View Account."

If you have any further concerns regarding your billing, you may call PLDT's customer service hotline. Just dial 171 using a Smart/TNT/Sun phone and follow the voice prompt.
