How to track PLDT application, repair ticket, service status

PLDT Tracker is the easiest way to track your PLDT plan application's status. It also allows existing PLDT Home Fiber subscribers to know if their account has been affected by a service interruption or if they have received a repair ticket for their account.


How to track your PLDT Home Fiber plan application?

Here are the steps to easily check the progress of your new service application.

Step 1: Go to the official PLDT Tracker website (www.pldthome.com/pldt-tracker).

Step 2: Under the "Track your New Application" section, enter your email address and mobile number used during the application or the 10-digit Service Reference (SR) number provided by PLDT's representative.


PLDT Tracker will provide the following information:
  • Application status
  • Date and time of application
  • Service Reference number

If you cannot remember your SRN and forgot the email address & mobile number you've put in the application, you may send a message on Twitter (@PLDT_Cares) and PLDT Cares Facebook Messenger to know the status of your application.


How to track your PLDT Home Fibr repair ticket?

Below are two (2) ways to check the status of your PLDT repair ticket, which can also help you monitor if you are part of a service outage.


Via PLDT Tracker

Step 1: Visit the PLDT Tracker website (www.pldthome.com/pldt-tracker).

Step 2: Under the "Track your repair ticket or know if you are part of a service interruption" section, enter your landline number with the area code.


PLDT Tracker will show the following information:
  • Ticket status
  • Date and time
  • If Service Number is part of service interruption

Via PLDT Track SMS

Step 1: Text TRACK <space> area code + your telephone number (Example: TRACK 0281237654) and send it to 8171 for Smart, TNT, and Sun without SMS charges, or 0970 0000 171 for other networks (standard rate may apply).

Step 2: Wait for the text from PLDT Home.

The PLDT TRACK SMS help channel will provide you with the status of your repair ticket or inform you if your PLDT account is part of a service interruption.

To follow up on your open repair ticket, you can send a message on PLDT Home Facebook Messenger, Twitter @PLDT_Cares, or call 171 using Smart/TNT/Sun phone.

If you have further concerns regarding your internet plan application or repair ticket, you can call PLDT's customer service hotline. Just dial 171 with your Smart/TNT/Sun SIM, then follow the voice prompt.
