Globe Telecom used to offer its subscribers the opportunity to share their extra airtime credits with others. With this service, you are able to send your prepaid load or promos to anyone who needs it, no matter what time they need it at.
There is something very important for you to know about Globe’s Share-A-Load feature: as of December 1st, 2022, Globe has decided to discontinue the Share-A-Load program for its users. Though Share-A-Load is not currently an option for Globe Prepaid, subscribers can still send load and promos to other numbers via GCash, GlobeOne App, Credit Card or other loading channels.
Globe Prepaid has made it easier to purchase load, as there are many convenient ways for you to do so. You can still send someone else some load and promos - though you'll need to do this through GlobeOne app, GCash, using your credit card, or by charging the amount to the recipient.

GlobeOne App
Download the new GlobeOne app on Google Play for Android or App Store for iOS users to easily load up your Globe/TM phone and follow the steps below.
1. On the dashboard, tap the Shop icon then tap “Load.”
2. Choose an account or type a mobile number, then tap the "Choose account" button.
3. Enter your desired load amount, then tap "Buy load."
4. Choose your preferred payment method:
- GCash
- Charge to Recipient's Load
- Credit or Debit Card
5. Proceed and complete the payment process.
On the app, you can also buy load load and promos when you're not logged in by tapping the "Buy" button found at the bottom of the log-in screen.
AutoloadMax
AutoloadMax (AMAX) is Globe Telecom's electronic reloading service that allows retailers to automatically reload prepaid credits to Globe or TM SIMs. All you have to do is visit a nearby sari-sari store or an AMAX-ready dealer near you.
GCash
If you have an active GCash account, you can buy a load or promo for yourself or send a load or promo to a friend.
1. Download the GCash app.
2. Open GCash and tap "Load."
3. Select Globe or TM.
4. Input the mobile number and press "Next" and "Yes, proceed."
5. Select load amount or promo and press "Buy Now."
6. Confirm the amount of load/promo and press "Pay" to proceed with your transaction.
Online Loading
ways to loadYou can load up your Globe or TM account using GCash or a debit/credit card through Globe's online reload channel.
1. Go to Globe Prepaid's Buy Load Online page.
2. Enter your Globe or TM mobile number.
3. Choose a load amount or promo to top up, then click Next.
4. Choose your preferred payment method, then click Pay and complete the payment process.
5. You will receive a confirmation message once reloading has been successful.
Mobile Apps
You can purchase loads through these mobile applications below.Load Globe/TM via Lazada app:
1. Download the Lazada app on Google Play or App Store.
2. Log in and choose "Load, Bills & eCoupon."
3. Select "Load."
4. Input your prepaid mobile number and select your preferred load amount/data promo, then press "Buy Now."
5. Choose your preferred payment option and tap "Place Order."
Load Globe/TM via Shopee app:
Download the Shopee app on Google Play or App Store.
1. Log in and choose "Load, Bills & Travel" on the dashboard.
2. Choose "Buy Load" or "Buy Promo," then select Globe or TM.
3. Input your prepaid mobile number and select your preferred load amount/promo.
4. Tap "Checkout" and select your preferred payment method.
5. Tap "Pay" to confirm your purchase.
Load Globe/TM via CLiQQ app:
Download the CLiQQ mobile app on Google Play or App Store.
1. Open the CLiQQ app and select "Buy Load."
2. Choose Globe or TM and select the load amount.
3. Enter your mobile number and confirm.
4. Present the bar code to the cashier and pay.
5. You will then receive an SMS to confirm your transaction.
Load Globe/TM via Coins.ph app:
Download the Coins.ph app on Google Play or App Store.
1. Open the app and tap "Buy Load."
2. Enter the Globe/TM mobile number you want to load.
3. Slide to pay and complete your transaction.
Load Globe/TM via BPI app:
Download the BPI app on Google Play or App Store.
1. Open your BPI app and log in using your username and password.
2. Click the "Menu" button, go to the "Payments/Load" section and click "Load Prepaid Phone."
3. Fill in the load form with the mobile number and amount of load and click "Next."
4. After reviewing the details, click the "Confirm" button.
5. Click "Yes, send me the code" and input the 6-digit One-Time Pin (OTP) you will receive on your registered mobile number.
6. You will receive a notification through BPI App that your transaction is successful.
Call Cards
To reload using call cards, you can visit any Globe Business Center or load retail outlet nationwide to avail of Globe Prepaid call cards of your desired variant: PHP 100, PHP 300, or PHP 500.
How to load Globe/TM using Call Card:
Lightly scratch off the gray color panel to get the Call Card and PIN numbers.
1. On your Globe/TM phone, dial *143# and select MyAccount.
2. Select Load Call Card.
3. Enter the 10-digit Call Card number, then the 6-digit Call Card PIN.
4. A notification will be sent through text to confirm that the reload is successful.
Globe Prepaid call cards are available in major malls and telco outlets across the Philippines. These cards may be kept for future reloading until their expiration date.
Banks
Globe Prepaid and TM subscribers can also reload their accounts via ATM, online, mobile, and phone banking with any of the following partner banks:
E-PINs
E-PINs are similar to call and text cards but are given via secured paper slips or text messages. Each E-PIN has a card number and a PIN which you can use to reload.
Where to get prepaid load via E-PINs:
- Text-A-PIN at RCPI outlets
- Paper Slip E-PINs at 7-Eleven, Eunilaine Supermarkets, and RCPI outlets
How to load via E-PINs:
1. Dial 223 and press SEND.
2. Enter the card number and press #.
3. Enter PIN and press #.
4. A voice prompt will confirm that the reload attempt is successful.
